Sanchali Roy is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer and Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition in Manhattan who helps clients lead balanced lifestyles, enjoy good food, and achieve nutritional, weight, fitness and health goals. Sanchali knows what busy, informed individuals need and want when it comes to living a fit and healthy life.
After graduating with from Hofstra University with a degree in Accounting, obtaining her CPA and working in the corporate world, Sanchali decided to pursue her passion, helping others achieve a healthy, fit lifestyle.
Sanchali currently authors nutrition and fitness articles for several publications, such as Sapna Magazine, has appeared on Better TV, manages and writes articles for her blog, NYC Done Healthy, and is in the process of writing her first book. She currently lives in Midtown Manhattan with her husband.
